Trek in the Park

Picture 091

This past summer, Atomic Arts brought a piece of classic television to life! Trek in the Park was a live reenactment of the Star Trek episode, “Amok Time.”

Portland audiences witnessed Mr. Spock undergo the bizarre Vulcan marriage ritual of PON FARR as the crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise attempt to save him.

Here’s what some people had to say:

“If you don’t have a genuine good time at Trek in the Park, then there is something seriously wrong with you. ” –Aaron Duran, Geek in the City

“Trek in the Park: The Most Fun You’ll Have Watching a Play All Summer” –Erik Henriksen, The Portland Mercury
